ORCA Strength Systems

Orca Strength Systems warrants that the Orca Sensor will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

Coverage

Manufacturing defects.
Material defects.
Failures resulting from normal intended use.

Remedies

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Orca Strength Systems may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product.
Replace the product.
Provide a refurbished replacement unit.
Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic damage.
Water damage.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage.
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage resulting from use contrary to product instructions.
Lost or stolen products.

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact support@orcastrength.ca and provide proof of purchase. Orca Strength Systems may require photographs, diagnostic information, or return of the product before approving a claim.

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Orca Strength Systems disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No Performance Guarantee

Orca Strength Systems does not guarantee athletic improvement, strength gains, performance increases, injury prevention, coaching outcomes, or training results resulting from the use of its products or software.
