Subscriptions

Certain features of the ORCA athlete app and ORCA coach app may require an active ORCA Pro subscription. The core ORCA app remains free.

ORCA Pro plans

• Monthly: $12 USD / month, billed each month.
• Annual: $10 USD / month, billed annually at $120 USD / year.
• Sensor-bundle offer (only available in the configurator when purchased with a sensor): $8 USD / month, billed annually at $96 USD / year.

ORCA Pro unlocks advanced analytics, testing modes, load-velocity profiling, training and coach planning, and considerably more tracking metrics on top of the free ORCA app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Free trial

Customers may receive a one-month free trial of eligible Pro services with the purchase of an ORCA sensor. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and the payment method on file will be charged.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from Profile · Subscription in the app. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.

Currency

Prices are shown in your selected currency (USD). The actual charge is processed in the same currency at checkout. You can switch currency at any time from the site header.

Price changes

ORCA Strength Systems reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice to users.

Termination

ORCA Strength Systems may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
