Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users may not

• Reverse engineer the software or hardware.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to services.
• Share accounts with unauthorized individuals.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Coaches and Athletes

Orca Strength Systems provides performance monitoring tools only. Orca Strength Systems does not provide coaching services, medical advice, training prescriptions, healthcare services, or performance guarantees. Any coaching relationship exists solely between coaches and athletes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orca Strength Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its products or services.
