Health and Performance Data

Users acknowledge that training and performance information may constitute health-related information. Such information is collected solely to provide the functionality of the Orca platform.

Data Ownership

Athletes retain ownership of their personal data. Where athletes choose to participate in a coaching relationship through the platform, designated coaches may access athlete information as authorized by the athlete.

Data Security

Orca Strength Systems uses commercially reasonable measures to protect collected information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Payment Information

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Orca Strength Systems does not store complete payment card information.
