Health and Performance Data
Users acknowledge that training and performance information may constitute health-related information. Such information is collected solely to provide the functionality of the Orca platform.
Data Ownership
Athletes retain ownership of their personal data. Where athletes choose to participate in a coaching relationship through the platform, designated coaches may access athlete information as authorized by the athlete.
Data Security
Orca Strength Systems uses commercially reasonable measures to protect collected information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Payment Information
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Orca Strength Systems does not store complete payment card information.
Launch List and Marketing Communications
When you join the ORCA launch list we collect your name, email address, the date and time of your consent, and the page or form you signed up from. We record consent explicitly: your email is only added when you tick the consent box.
By opting in you agree that Orca Strength Systems may send you launch and shipping updates, pre-order and early-access invitations, promotional offers, pricing announcements, and product news. These are marketing communications, not just service notices.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by writing to info@orcastrength.ca. Withdrawal stops marketing email; it does not affect order confirmations, receipts, shipping notices, or account and support email related to a purchase.
We retain launch-list records for as long as you remain subscribed, and we keep a record of your consent and withdrawal afterwards so we can demonstrate compliance. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact information, and we only share it with the service providers that store our records and deliver our email on our behalf.
