Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing products from Orca Strength Systems. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Orca Sensor, you may request a return subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in good condition.
- The product must be returned with all included accessories, cables, packaging, and documentation.
- The customer must provide a valid reason for the return.
- The product must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
Orca Strength Systems reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet these requirements.
Return Authorization
Before returning any product, customers must contact support@orcastrength.ca and obtain return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, Orca Strength Systems will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund request. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged through misuse or negligence.
- Products returned outside the return window.
- Products missing major components or accessories.
- Subscription fees already charged and consumed.
- Shipping, customs, duties, and import fees.
Orca Strength Systems reserves the right to determine eligibility for all returns and refunds.
